About the event
When is the 24/7 Challenge?
August 2020. You can do your challenge in a day, a week or across the whole month.
Can I register after 1st August?

What activities can I do?
You can do any activity or activities you like! Whatever you do, you’ll be doing it for dementia nurses. Here are some suggestions:
- Walking
- Running
- Cycling
- Skipping
- Star jumps
- Baking
- Crafting
- Gaming
Do I need to do all the hours in one go?
No – you can do your challenge in one go, over a week or across the whole month.
Can we take part as a team?
Yes – you can create a team after signing up. When family and friends sign up, they will be able to join your team.
Will I get a t-shirt?
Everyone who hits £100 on their fundraising page will be sent a Dementia UK t-shirt.
Fundraising
How do I collect sponsorship?
Share a link to your fundraising page with family and friends so that they can make a donation. The money then gets sent straight to Dementia UK. You can share your page on social media, by WhatsApp and email. Why not ask family and friends to share your page too?
Is there a minimum amount I need to raise?
There is no minimum target to raise. Why not aim for £140? This could pay for in-depth, specialist support from an Admiral Nurse for ten families contacting our Helpline.
